Description    

Very spacious duplex apartment for 9 people with 4 bedrooms.

 

On the upper floor there is a very large double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. Dormitory for 3 persons bed 270/200 (3 single mattresses side by side) separated from the second living room by a curtain. The second living room is a large open space with desk, sofa and television. On the same floor a second shower room.

 

The main floor has 2 double bedrooms, one with two single beds, a shower room between the two bedrooms. A large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with bar (wine cellar) open on the dining area with very large wooden table, on the other side of the kitchen a large living room with two sofas and a separate toilets and the access at the balcony.

 

300m from the funicular or 15m from the shuttle bus.

 

2 parking space designated in the garage of the building.
